1. Introduction
Swiss Concierge Solutions supports patients, clients and relatives through professional
organisational and support services. The aim is to relieve the burden on clients and promote
a secure, structured transition home. This provision serves transparency,

Clients.
2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Swiss Concierge Solutions. By placing an order,

3. Services
The services offered include companionship and chauffeur services, the organisation and coordination of appointments, and the arrangement and coordination of various services. Swiss Concierge Solutions also supports clients by relieving the burden on family members and provides other individually agreed concierge services.

4. No medical services
Swiss Concierge Solutions does not provide medical, nursing or therapeutic services. It
no diagnoses are made and no medication is administered. This provision serves to

5. Conclusion of the Contract
A contract is formed through written, electronic or verbal confirmation. Quotations are

6. Prices and Payment Terms
Swiss Concierge Solutions’ current prices are based on the agreed scope of services and are communicated transparently to clients before the assignment is placed.
Invoices are payable within 10 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Swiss Concierge Solutions reserves the right to require advance payment or a deposit for certain services.
In the event of late payment, Swiss Concierge Solutions is entitled to suspend further services until full payment has been received. Any reminder and collection costs may be charged to the client in default.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Unless otherwise stated, any expenses, parking fees, tolls, admission costs or other order-related expenses are not included in the price and will be charged separately.

7. Appointment cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time. For later cancellations or failure to attend without notice, the agreed service will be charged in full.

8. Duties to Cooperate
The client undertakes to provide truthfully all information required to fulfil the assignment

9. Liability
Swiss Concierge Solutions shall be liable solely for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, any further liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain reserved.

10. Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, the relevant emergency services, medical professionals or designated contacts will be notified immediately. Swiss Concierge Solutions provides support with arranging the necessary assistance within its capabilities, but does not carry out medical duties or treatments.
All medical decisions, diagnoses and treatments are made exclusively by appropriately qualified professionals.

11. Duty of confidentiality and secrecy
Swiss Concierge Solutions is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality. All information, personal details and circumstances that become known in the course of the collaboration concerning clients and their relatives shall be treated as strictly confidential and used exclusively to fulfil the agreed assignment.
Information is disclosed to third parties exclusively with the express consent of the person concerned or on the basis of a legal obligation.
The duty of confidentiality applies without limitation in time and remains fully in force even after the assignment has ended.

12. Data protection
Swiss Concierge Solutions processes personal data exclusively to the extent necessary to carry out, organise and administer the agreed assignment. Data is processed confidentially, for specified purposes and in compliance with the applicable provisions of Swiss data protection law (FADP).
Personal data is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties without the express consent of the person concerned, unless there is a legal obligation to disclose it.
After completion of the assignment, personal data will be retained only for as long as required by law or necessary to safeguard legitimate interests. Data no longer required will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with data protection requirements.

13. Disclosure of Data

17. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
Swiss Concierge Solutions reserves the right to supplement, amend or update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time the contract is concluded or the assignment is placed shall apply to the collaboration.
Changes shall not have retroactive effect on contracts already concluded or services already provided, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

18. Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, unenforceable or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
In place of the invalid, unenforceable or missing provision, a provision shall be deemed agreed that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original provision and is legally permissible.

19. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the business relationship is the registered office of Swiss Concierge Solutions.
